     The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation has elected James R. 
Bellatti, a newspaper publisher and editor in Stillwater, Okla., as chair 
of its board of trustees for 1996.  Georgette Huie, a marketing specialist 
for IBM in San Francisco, was elected vice chair. 
     Bellatti, who has been on the Foundation's board since 1990, is active 
in Cimarron Presbytery, and has served as president of the YMCA of the 
U.S.A. and the YMCA World Alliance.  He is publisher and editor of the 
"Stillwater News Press." 
     Huie is a member of the board of directors of Donaldina Cameron House 
and the San Francisco Food Bank.  A Foundation trustee since 1990 as well, 
she is also a member of the executive coordinating committee of the 
National Council of Churches. 
     Incorporated in 1799, the Presbyterian Foundation currently manages 
assets exceeding $1.2 billion.  Over the last five years, more than $286 
million from the earnings on those assets has been distributed to 
Presbyterian mission all over the world.
