96073    Faith & Values Channel to Air Six-part Series for Lent

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--The Faith & Values cable television channel will present a 
six-part series on Mondays during lent to help viewers "reflect prayerfully 
on events and issues that challenge daily life." 
 
     The series, "Inspire," premiers Feb. 26 and will combine music, prayer 
and the spoken word. It will explore such issues as the mystery of 
Christian worship and the importance of mourning the loss of a loved one. 
Each program will be 30 minutes long. 
 
     The Faith & Values Channel is owned jointly by VISN, a subsidiary of 
the National Interfaith Cable Coalition, of which the Presbyterian Church 
(U.S.A.) is a member, and by Liberty Media, an agency of the Southern 
Baptist Convention. 
 
     Viewers should check their local television listings or contact their 
local cable company for more information about "Inspire" and the Faith & 
Values Channel.
