The General Assembly commissioners list, furnished by the Office of
the General Assembly and reprinted in the last few issues of "News Briefs,"
contains two errors. The youth advisory delegate for Miami Presbytery is
Sandy (not Candy) Lockmeyer. The Rev. Armando Ramirez (not Armando
Naminga) is a minister commissioner from Los Ranchos Presbytery.

An article in the June 9 "News Briefs" (#95185) stated that the Rev.
Jack Stotts has announced his retirement as president of Austin
Presbyterian Theological Seminary "on or near July 1." Stotts will retire
in July of 1996, not 1995.

An article published earlier this year on Presbyterian members of
Congress, based on information from the Presbyterian Washington Office,
contained two errors. There is no U.S. Representative Susan M. Brooks of
California, though she may be a Presbyterian. Sherrod Brown (D.-Ohio) is
Lutheran, not Presbyterian.

An article in the April 21 "News Briefs" (#95112) incorrectly reported
that Glacier Presbytery had voted negatively on the same-sex union
amendment. Glacier Presbytery voted affirmatively on the amendment.
