Charles Wiley will soon begin a three-year term as project manager for
theology in the Christian Faith and Life Program Area of the Congregational
Ministries Division in Louisville. His position is made possible by a grant
from the Lilly Foundation. Wiley will be responsible for a number of
programs in the Office of Theology and Worship, freeing the associate for
theology to devote time to the expansion of the "Pastor as Theologian in
the Congregation" program. Wiley is a Ph.D. candidate in theology, with an
emphasis in history of doctrine, at Princeton Theological Seminary. He
holds the M.Div. from the Divinity School, Duke University and the B.A.
from Davidson College.
