Episcopal Appointments

The Ven Shihala Hampupembe,  Archdeacon of Odibo, has been elected as
the new Bishop of the Diocese of Namibia, Church of the Province of
Southern Africa.  He will succeed Bishop James Kauluma who is to retire.
