    Budget Looks Good The Second Day of General Assembly

CHARLOTTE, N.C.-The financial implications on the cost of actions taken 
June 17, were announced with great joy.  They were: 
 
    Year        Total approved  Yet to be considered 
    1998        35,200          176,118 
    1999        5,500           123,195 
    2000        5,754           64,115 
 
    All the figures fall within the budgeted figure of $4.77 per capita 
apportionment figure approved yesterday for the cost per communicant member 
to each presbytery.
