Brazilian State Governor Calls Adventist Pastor to Pray

Curitaba, Brazil, 05.03.1999 [APD/ANN] The Governor of
Santa Catarina in Brazil, Esperidiao Amin called Seventh-
day Adventist pastor Anisio Chagas to come and pray at his
office on January 25.

Chagas presented a brief Bible study on administration and
the proper attitude of governors. Governor Amin noted
down the Bible texts used during the presentation.

Amin invited his two special advisors, Celestino Ceco and
Amaro Lucio to join them as Chagas prayed for the state
and the current government.

Chagas is now retired, but continues to assist the
Communication department of the Adventist Church in the
area of Public Relations. [99/06/07]
