New discussion pages on web site
HARRISONBURG, Va. (MBM) - Third Way Cafe, <www.thirdway.com>, the
ministry
web site produced by MBM Mennonite Media, has a new discussion topic and
pages
on the theme of "Immigration."
The new web pages include a variety of interviews and first-person
stories from
immigrants about their journeys to North America. It also includes
articles from
people who work with immigrants on immigration law enforcement issues,
political
power, the role of economics, and the difference between refugees and
other
immigrants. One section features ideas on how churches can take action.
Web users can add their own comments in a newly refined dialogue section
where
comments are updated automatically. Mennonite Media staff will monitor
the
comments and remove any that are disrespectful or inappropriate.
The discussion topic that appeared earlier (on capital punishment) is
still available
for viewing at the web site.
