FORT WORTH-A story in the June 25 issue of the General Assembly News 
incorrectly reported that the Board of Pensions was "instructed" to settle 
a claim involving Darnice Healy of Birmingham, Ala.  The Assembly 
"encouraged" the Board of Pensions to settle the claim; it did not 
instruct.

     A story in the June 25 issue of the General Assembly News incorrectly 
reported that terms on the Permanent Judicial Commission are five years. 
The term of service on the PJC is six years.
