                       ECD Unveils New Logo 
 
FORT WORTH-Evangelism and Church Development (ECD) unveiled its new logo at 
the 211th General Assembly.  The logo shows an ascending dove with an olive 
branch in its beak. Rays, representing the Holy Spirit moving out into the 
world, surround the dove.  The dove bringing the olive branch represents 
the start of a new world. 
     A new look for the Good News newsletter was also introduced at the 
Assembly. 
     ECD hopes that the new logo and new format for Good News will give the 
division a clear identity as it produces print and electronic resources to 
help congregations meet the challenges of evangelism and church growth.
