	May 2, 2000, NEW YORK CITY - Got questions about the National Council of Churches' role in reuniting Elian Gonzalez with his father?  About the fund to support legal representation for Juan Miguel Gonzalez?  About why the NCC got involved with Elian in the first place?

	The best single place to check for answers is the NCC's Web site.  Just go to www.ncccusa.org and follow the link to "FAQ: NCC 'Elian Project.'"  The FAQ has just been updated with information about the legal fund created by the Executive Committee of the United Methodist General Board of Church and Society and supported administratively by the National Council of Churches.
