PRAY FOR ST GEORGES COLLEGE
The Executive Committee of the college in Jerusalem will meet this coming
week at Virginia Seminary in USA. Please pray for them as difficult
decisions may have to be made in the days ahead. Pray for the Dean and staff
in St Georges and in all the diocese.

ARCHBISHOP CAREY
His Grace is expected to join USA Primate Frank Griswold and Archbishop
Emeritus Desmond Tutu at the DAVOS World Economic Forum in New York next
week. On Feb 3 Archbishop Carey will preach at Trinity Church Wall Street.

CONGO SUPPORT
Please note ACNS story on aid through the Primates Fund of the Anglican
Church of Canada.

STANDING COMMITTEES
Anglican Consultative Council Standing Committee members will meet with the
Primates Standing Committee in Dublin, Ireland the week of 3 February.

LUTHERAN AND ANGLICAN STAFF MEET
Senior staff members of the Lutheran World Federation and the Anglican
Communion Office met for 2 days in Geneva. An historical first, a short
report will soon be on line.

THE PRIMATES MEETING
The annual Primates Meeting is April 10-18 in Canterbury. As usual the
meeting is private.

REPORTERS NEEDED
Matthew Davies, our new ACNS managing editor, is seeking reporters from each
diocese of the Communion. Be in touch with him if you can help. email:
matthew.davies@anglicancommunion.org. This means you! There is so much good
news, lets share it.

DENVER SPECIAL SERVICE
The Revd Canon Peter Eaton was installed as Dean of Denver Cathedral this
weekend. (26 Jan) The Bishop of Colorado, the Bishop of Atlanta Retired and
the Archbishop of Canterbury were present during the weekend celebration.
