American Baptist News Service (6/6/02)--Lois (Burton) Hossler,
communications director and member of the Management Team of The Ministers
and Missionaries Benefit Board (MMBB), will end her service to the board in
July 2002. Hossler is relocating with her family to Lancaster, Pa., where
she will start her own communication strategy consulting business.

Since joining the staff in 1999 Hossler has been responsible for MMBB's
communication strategy and implementation. She has developed MMBB's new
corporate identity and reengineered all of its communication media,
including the award-winning quarterly, Tomorrow, and MMBB's Web site,
www.mmbb.org. She also put into place the strategy communicating Personal
Investment Choices (PICs) and developed marketing materials for new members
and affiliate groups.

Commenting on Hossler's contributions, Dr. Sumner M. Grant, MMBB's executive
director, said, "Lois has brought energy and excitement to MMBB's
communications. Her competent and creative integration of MMBB's media has
transformed our image and filled a deep need in our members for clear,
helpful and reliable information as they make important life choices. We
wish her well in her new venture."
