American Baptist News Service (8/5/02)--American Baptist National Ministries
has launched a Web site providing information about American Baptist
evangelism and outreach efforts on a personal, congregational, associational
and regional level.  

The site features personal testimony, outreach ideas, explanations of
different types of evangelism, a book review, and a schedule of upcoming
events and conferences around the country.  Travel schedules of the Office
of Evangelism director and associate director also are included, along with
a downloadable 81-page booklet that lists resources for purchase in areas
ranging from cross-cultural evangelism to prayer ministries and
revitalization.
