American Baptist News Service (8/19/02)--Services have been set for the Rev.
Dr. Prathia Hall, noted American Baptist pastor, preacher, educator,
lecturer and a pioneering woman in ministry, who died Aug. 12 following a
long illness.

A funeral service is scheduled for 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 20 at Triumph
Baptist Church, 1538 W. Wingohocking St., Philadelphia, Pa.  A viewing from
8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. will precede the service.

Condolences may be sent to Dr. Hall's mother, Ruby J. Hall, at 1631 W.
Girard Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19130.
