A Martin Luther King Day prayer service will focus on the link between war
and poverty.  Prayers for a peaceful alternative to war with Iraq will begin
at 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 20, at the Washington National Cathedral.
Sponsors are the National Council of Churches, Childrens Defense Fund, Call
to Renewal, Sojourners and the Episcopal Diocese of Washington.  A
