DHE ADDS FIVE UNDERGRADUATES TO LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM
Five undergraduate students will join the Division of Higher
Education's Leadership Fellows Program, a program that prepares students
to take leadership roles as laypeople or ministers in the Christian
Church (Disciples of Christ).
Leadership development is key to the church's 2020 Vision. DHE is doing
its part to nurture men and women into leadership positions for our

VARGAS RECEIVES HONORARY DOCTORATE DEGREE FROM EVANGELICAL SEMINARY OF
Rev. David A. Vargas, recently elected president of the Division of
Overseas Ministries (DOM), was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of
Humane Letters from his alma mater, the Evangelical Seminary of Puerto
