	The Rev. William T. Bryant, former executive director of the The
Outreach Foundation -a validated mission support group of the Presbyterian
Church (USA) that raises support for evangelistic work around the world - has
been named interim pastor of historic First Presbyterian Church in San
Antonio, TX.

	Bryant, who has been serving as interim pastor of Covenant
Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MS, begins his new work Jan. 1, 2004. He will
succeed the Rev. Robert Shelton, who has served as temporary supply pastor
since the retirement of longtime pastor Louis Zbinden last June.

	Bryant served as executive director of The Outreach Foundation from
1994-2002.
