To the readers of Anglican Episcopal World: From the Editor

Several unexpected circumstances have prevented the production of the
year-end issue of Anglican Episcopal World to be completed and posted before
December 31, 2003. One major factor was the December move of the entire
office to its new facility at St Andrew's House in Westbourne Park in London
and then the extended holiday period. I trust the magazine will be with you
soon and that you find its contents timely and helpful in your work and
ministry. There will still be, Deo volente, four issues in addition to this
one, in 2004.

My deepest apologies. Your comments, criticisms, plaudits and ideas are
always welcome.
