	Here is a special message from Lutheran Hour Ministries. Thank
you.

	Dear Ministry Partner:

	With Easter approaching, and with the media continuing to focus
its spotlight on "The Passion of The Christ," unique outreach
opportunities are being presented. Many people may be led to ask such
questions as, "Who is Jesus?" "Why did He suffer and die?" And, "What
does His death have to do with me?"

	As your partner and resource, Lutheran Hour Ministries, together
with the Synod's Board for Communication Services, has tailored the
following six public-service announcements (PSAs) to broach these "top
of mind" concerns. Four of the PSAs are voiced by the Rev. Ken Klaus,
speaker for Lutheran Hour Ministries. For varietys sake, two are
repeated in a female voice. Each PSA directs those with questions to a
specially designated Web site. You can use these PSAs in a variety of
ways:

	Help us by placing them on your local radio station. For help in
