Business Solutions has awarded American Baptist International Ministries its
most prestigious annual award, the 2004 Pinnacle Award for Overall
Excellence. Chosen from among 117 Pinnacle Awards nominations and over
130,000 Microsoft Business Solutions customers worldwide, International
Ministries was honored with the Pinnacle Award on March 23 during Microsoft's
eighth annual Convergence customer conference in Orlando, Fla.

The award was accepted by International Ministries Treasurer Bruce Borquist,
along with team members Carlos Garcia, Todd Quann and Josi Gonzalez. 

The Pinnacle Award recognizes a customer for outstanding efforts and
achievement in multiple categories of Innovation, Education, Teamwork,
Customer Service, Evangelism, Business Analytics, and Fast-track Excellence
for new users of Microsoft applications. Customers are nominated by Microsoft
certified Business Solutions resellers, customers and team members.

Bruce Borquist's exceptional vision and commitment were commended in a
nomination letter by FRx Software, a Microsoft division. Borquist has been a
strong advocate for Microsoft's Forecaster software and for continually
improving that product for budgeting, planning and financial reporting. 

Borquist praised Cargas Systems, Inc., Lancaster, Pa., for its outstanding
efforts as a key partner in International Ministries' achievement. "Our
success, and this recognition, is very much the fruit of Cargas service
team's efforts as well," Borquist said. 

International Ministries was nominated this year for individual awards in
categories of Excellence in Business Analytics (given for an organization's
outstanding use of reporting and analytics leading to enhanced profitability,
operation, and management) and Evangelism (given to customers who share
information with others and help improve software solutions).
