INDIANAPOLIS, IN; May 18, 2004 - Communication Ministries, the
communications department that services the Christian Church (Disciples
of Christ), has named Wanda Bryant Wills as its new Executive Director.

Wills, a specialist in marketing and public relations, will be
responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of
strategic communications. This will include the marketing and public
relations to promote the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) through
all denominational manifestations. She will also spearhead the
denominational branding project that is already underway.

Before joining Communication Ministries, Wills owned and operated Wills
& Associates Public Relations. She brings to the position nearly 25
years of experience and several awards to her credit.

In addition to her other accolades, Wills is also the Programming
Co-chair for the Public Relations Society of America - Hoosier Chapter.

She has earned a Bachelor or Arts degree in journalism from the
University of Wisconsin and has taken post-graduate studies at Ball
State University.

She will begin her work on June 1, 2004.
