2004 CLERGY-LAITY CONGRESS WORKSHOPS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

New York, NY - Audio recordings of 40 educational workshops and sessions of
the 37th Biennial Clergy-Laity Congress are now available on the
Archdiocesan web site in both Real Audio and Quicktime formats. The
workshops were held this past summer at the meeting of the Congress in New
York City, July 25-30.

Also included with many of the workshops are PDF files of the session
presentation materials. These include outlines, powerpoint presentations,
and handouts that accompanied the presentations. More of these materials
will be made available in the coming weeks.

The recordings are arranged by topic and include workshops on
Communications, Day Schools, Ecumenical Relations, Family Ministry, Greek
Education, Marriage, Missions and Evangelism, Parish Administration,
Philanthropy, Religious Education, Social Ministry, Stewardship, Youth and
Young Adult Ministry, and Worship.

Combined with the audio resources of the 2002 Congress, the Archdiocesan
web site now has over 65 Congress workshops that can be used by clergy,
teachers, youth workers, and parish leaders for training and resource
materials for all facets of parish life and ministry. The online format
offers ease of use, both at home and in the parish, so that clergy and
ministry leaders can integrate this tool into their teaching and training
programs.

Access this audio resource and many of the other multimedia resources on
the web site at
