HELM LEADERSHIP FELLOWS SEE THE INTERSECTIONS OF LIFE AND FAITH
Florida is known for attracting college students for a particular kind
of "rest and relaxation." But 48 students who took a break from their
studies in November came to Florida to examine their relationships with
God and their individual calls to leadership and ministry, whether from
the pulpit or in the pews. Take a trip to HELM's annual Leadership
Conference

STAY IN THE LOOP WITH DHM MESSAGES
AOL e-mail users who have joined Disciples Home Missions (DHM) opt-in
lists may find that they are not receiving messages from DHM. If you
joined a DHM opt-in list, such as Rapid Response, and you are an AOL
e-mail user, it is possible you are not receiving messages because AOL
is filtering them out as spam. If you are interested in remaining on
DHM's e-mail lists, please contact Angela Herrmann at
aherrman@dhm.disciples.org or (317) 713-2683.

CORRECTION:
The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) issued a press release on
November 16 stating that the church had filed to enter the bankruptcy
proceedings of the National Benevolent Association.

In that release, it was mentioned that the church had filed a motion.
In actuality, the filing was a notice, and therefore a court ruling is
not required to start receiving notification of hearing dates and other
matters in the case.
