[ENS] In an interview with ENS/Episcopal Life, Bishop Charles Jenkins of
Louisiana speaks about the aftereffects of Hurricane Katrina and the
relief
efforts in his diocese, which has temporarily relocated its offices to
St.
James' Church in Baton Rouge.
