For 2006, five retiring members on the Regional
Committee are replaced for the term 2006-2008.
Member organizations of WSC-AR were asked to
submit nominations. More than twenty nominations
were received. The list of nominees was then sent
to member organizations for vote by asking them
to choose any five from the list. The top five
persons able to serve on the Regional Committee were selected.

The WSC-AR election procedure is a consensus
building process in which canvassing for candidates is strongly discouraged.
