ARCHBISHOP DEMETRIOS TO CELEBRATE DIVINE LITURGY AND FIFTH ANNIVERSARY MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR SEPT. 11, 2001 VICTIMS AT HOLY TRINITY CATHEDRAL SUNDAY, SEPT. 10TH
New York, NY - His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church in America, will celebrate the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, September 10 at the Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (319 E. 74th St.) beginning at 9:30 a.m. The Liturgy will be followed by a Fifth Anniversary Memorial Service for the victims of the tragedy of September 11, 2001.
The public is invited to join with the survivors of the tragedy and families of the victims from throughout the Greater New York area in this special service of remembrance and thanksgiving.
