MECC General Secretary accompanied by the director of International Ecumenical Relations visited the Grand Mufti of Syria Dr. Sheikh Ahmad Hassoun on the 30th of December 2007. The visit was to thank the Grand Mufti on his support to MECC activities specially the Christian-Muslim dialogue in the region, and to site a vision of continuous cooperation and coexistence.
