Lutherans Visit Earthquake-Ravaged Concepcion, Chile

CHICAGO (ELCA) -- For the first time since the earthquake, Lutherans
were able to visit the Chilean town of Concepcion, March 4-7.  Karen
Anderson likened the scene in Concepcion to "a war zone."
