The General Conference, which is the top international legislative body of The United Methodist Church, will be held April 24-May 4 in Tampa, Fla. The prayer-chain commitment came out of an unprecedented prayer summit held last month at the Stephen Trowen Nagbe United Methodist Church in Monrovia.
