94511        VIDEO ON PARISH NURSE PROGRAM RELEASED

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--A new video presenting parish nursing as a style 
of health ministry for congregations has just been released.   
 
     Entitled "Congregations Who Care: The Ministry of Health and 
Wholeness," the video was jointly produced by the Parish Nurse Task 
Force of the Presbyterian Health Network (a member organization of 
the Presbyterian Health, Education and Welfare Association), the 
Office of Media Services in the Congregational Ministries Division, 
and the Health Ministries office in the National Ministries 
Division. 
 
     The video shows how some congregations have used parish nurses 
in their ministries, serving as personal health counselors, health 
educators and liaisons with community health agencies. 
 
     The video costs $5 and is available by calling Distribution 
Management Service in Louisville at (800) 524-2612.  The product
