The new Discipline includes the church's constitution,

The new edition includes updated sections on baptism, the
local church, ordained ministry, superintendency, conferences,
administrative order, church property and judicial administration.

July 1995, and completed its task in November 1996.
The editorial team from the United Methodist Publishing House
includes Michael Lawrence, editor; Joey Crowe and Joan Shoup,
assistant editors.
The printed edition of the Discipline sells for $14.95. The

Resolutions -- General Conference's statements of policy on
environmental, economic, political, social, justice, nurturing and
world issues -- will be available for $59.95.
