the Church of the Brethren General Board, Donald Miller wrote
President Clinton a letter on nuclear disarmament. "I encourage
you to honor the letter and spirit of the Comprehensive Test Ban
Treaty by ceasing further research, design, development, testing
and production of new types of nuclear weapons or new military
capabilities for existing warheads," Miller wrote. "I also
encourage the commencement of negotiations with the Russian
Federation for a START III agreement that will make further deep
cuts in our nations' nuclear arsenals."

"What greater legacy could we leave to succeeding generations
than to free them from the threat of nuclear annihilation while
moving our world to a safer and more prosperous future," Miller
concluded.

2) Brethren Press is offering a new training video to help
teachers tell Bible stories with its Sunday school curriculum,
Jubilee. The one-hour video is $19.95 and Brethren Press is
