EPISCOPAL APPOINTMENTS

The Revd David C Bane Jr, The Rector of Christ Church, Dayton, Ohio, has
been elected Bishop Coadjutor of the Diocese of Southern Virginia,
ECUSA.

The Rt Revd Jabez Bryce, Bishop of Polynesia, is Acting Primate of the
Province of Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia until the election of a
new Primate  next year.

The Rt Revd Joseph Noriaki Iida, Bishop of the Diocese of Kyushu, has
been elected Acting Primate of the Nippon Sei Ko Kai, the Anglican
Church in Japan. 

The Rt Revd John Robert Winder Neill, Bishop of Tuam, has been elected
Bishop of the Diocese of Cashel and Ossory, Church of Ireland.  He will
succeed the Revd Noel Willoughby who has retired.

OTHER APPOINTMENTS

The Revd Samuel Isamu Koshiishi, Rector of All Saints Church,  Urawa,
Diocese of Kita Kanto, and Chairman of the Diocesan Standing Committee,
has been appointed General Secretary of the Provincial Office of the
Anglican Church in Japan.
