PROCTOR SERVICES SET

     VALLEY FORGE, Pa. (ABNS)--Services have been set for
Dr. Samuel D. Proctor, noted preacher and
educator, who died late last week at the age of 75.

     A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May
29, at Abyssinian Baptist Church, 132 Odell
Clark Place, New York, N.Y.  A viewing at the church from
9-10:55 a.m. will precede the service.  Also
scheduled is a memorial service from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday,
May 28, at Mt. Zion AME Church, 39 Hildebrand
Way, New Brunswick, N.J.
