LOUISVILLE, Ky.--The General Assembly Nominating Committee (GANC) will be
considering persons to fill vacancies on several General Assembly Council
committees when it meets in Syracuse during the 209th General Assembly,
June 14-21.

Valerie Small, GANC coordinator, cautioned that time is short so
persons interested in filling these immediate vacancies should respond
quickly. Completed nomination forms are kept in the GANC's "active" file
for three years, so persons applying now will be considered for ensuing
vacancies.

Persons wishing to be considered or wishing to suggest other
candidates should fill out an Endorsement for Nomination form and submit it
to the GANC office in Louisville. Copies of the Endorsement for Nomination
form may be obtained by calling (502) 569-5665. Suggested names may also
be sent to PresbyNet inbox: VALERIE SMALL
