    The University of Dubuque has announced the election of the Rev. 
Jeffrey F. Bullock as its new president, effective June 1.  Bullock has 
been vice president of the university and dean of the University of Dubuque 
Theological Seminary. 
    Bullock came to Dubuque in 1996.  Prior to that he was adjunct 
professor at Seattle Pacific University and a lecturer at the University of 
Washington.  A graduate of Seattle Pacific and Pittsburgh Theological 
Seminary, Bullock has served congregations in Pennsylvania and Washington. 
He holds advanced degrees in communication from the University of 
Washington.

    Ann Ferguson began work Feb. 17 as coordinator for Presbyterian Women 
in the Women's Ministries Program Area of the National Ministries Division 
in Louisville. 
    Ferguson, an elder and certified Christian educator in the Presbyterian 
Church, is a graduate of the Presbyterian School of Christian Education in 
Richmond, Va.  She was a commissioner to the 1988 General Assembly from 
Palo Duro Presbytery and later served as vice moderator of that presbytery. 
    Ferguson came to Louisville from Metairie, La., where she was serving 
as director of Christian education at John Calvin Presbyterian Church. 
Prior to that she was executive director of the Wichita Falls (Texas) Area 
Food Bank and volunteer coordinator of Interfaith Ministries of Wichita 
Falls.

    The Rev. Robert S. Graham, a pastor and retired executive of the Sierra 
Mission Area in the Synod of the Pacific, died Feb. 8 of pulmonary failure 
in Sacramento, Calif. 
    Graham graduated from Bucknell University and Princeton Theological 
Seminary.  He served pastorates in Long Branch, N.J., Birmingham, Mich., 
and Ardmore, Okla., before going to northern California in 1968 as a field 
administrator for the Board of National Missions.  When the 
Sacramento-based Sierra Mission Area was created in 1973 he was elected its 
executive and served in that capacity until his retirement in 1988. 
    Graham is survived by his wife, Margie, and four children - Bob, Carol, 
Jim and Janet.  A memorial service was scheduled for March 1 at Bethany 
Presbyterian Church in Sacramento.

    Eight new trustees have joined the board of the Presbyterian Church 
(U.S.A.) Foundation.  The new members of the class of 2000 are Karen C. 
Anderson, a certified public accountant in Salem, Ore., and a member of 
First Presbyterian Church there; James K. Babcock, owner and president of 
Federated Insurance Services in Bozeman, Mont., and an elder of First 
Presbyterian Church there; Carl A. Carpenter, executive vice president and 
academic dean at Voorhees College in Denmark, S.C., and an elder of St. 
Luke Presbyterian Church in Orangeburg, S.C.; the Rev. Laura Dunham, a 
certified financial planner and pastor of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church 
in Macon, Ga.; The Rev. Robert O. Hickman, pastor of Glen Avon Presbyterian 
Church in Duluth, Minn.; John F. Kraushaar, president of JFK Communications 
in Rochester, N.Y., and a member of Third Presbyterian Church there; J. 
Roger Lee, contracting branch chief with the U.S. Department of Housing and 
Urban Development in Seattle and an elder and clerk of session at Woodland 
Park Presbyterian Church there; and the Rev. Burton Dix Williams of 
Hercules, Calif., an attorney and minister member of San Francisco 
Presbytery.
