Volunteer pages, marshals needed for General Conference

EVANSTON, Ill. (UMNS) - Volunteer pages and marshals are being recruited for
the United Methodist General Conference, the church's top legislative body,
which meets in Cleveland May 2-12, 2000.

About 150 volunteers are needed, according to staff working with the
Commission on the General Conference. Marshals and pages will be responsible
for the cost of their own expenses, including travel, housing and meals.
