The LISTSERV®  system used by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
has experienced a number of improvements lately.  Perhaps you've noticed
that news stories now end with the Web URL
http://listserv.elca.org/archives/elcanews.html

News stories now sent to you by e-mail are automatically posted on the
World Wide Web.  This is one of several new conveniences created by the
innovations.

LISTSERV® changes also mean that you need new information for
subscribing to and unsubscribing from the ELCA News list --
http://www.elca.org/it/list/listnews.html

To receive ELCA news releases, please send the message "subscribe
ELCANEWS yourfullname" to the <listserv@listserv.elca.org> address.

To stop receiving information from the list, please send the message
"signoff ELCANEWS" to the <listserv@listserv.elca.org> address.
