The Lutheran World Federation General Secretary to Address Visa Denials at a
Special Press Conference

WINNIPEG, 25 July 2003 LWF PressThe General Secretary of the Lutheran
World Federation (LWF) Rev. Dr Ishmael Noko will address a press conference
on Friday, July 25 16.30 hrs at the Winnipeg Convention Centre, Plenary Hall,
3rd Floor.

The General Secretary will give an update on the Canadian authorities'
refusal to grant visas to persons expected to participated in the July 21-31
LWF Tenth Assembly taking place here.
