	Lutherans For Life to meet
	Nov. 7-9 in Omaha, Neb.

	The 21st national Lutherans For Life (LFL) convention is set for
Nov. 7-9 in Omaha, Neb.

	Oct. 22 is the convention-registration deadline and Oct. 6 is
the deadline for housing reservations at the Holiday Inn Central, site
of the convention.

	"Just Imagine ... What Will This Baby Be?" is the convention
theme.

	Tim Goeglein, deputy director of the White House Office of
Public Liaison and a Missouri Synod Lutheran, is scheduled to present "A
Celebration of Life," identified in convention publicity as "a
preconvention bonus" the afternoon of Nov. 7.

	LFL President Linda Bartlett of Iowa City, Iowa, will deliver
the opening keynote address and will lead one of eight convention
workshops. Those registered for the convention may attend up to three
workshops each.

	Other plenary speakers include Rev. Mark Cutler, Seward, Neb.;
Greg Koukl, Signal Hill, Calif.; and Chuck Asay, Colorado Springs, Colo.
Dr. James I. Lamb, executive director of LFL, will lead the convention
Bible study and serve as speaker for the Sunday worship service.

	Convention registration is $85 per person, or $160 per couple,
and $75 for students.

	Rooms at the Holiday Inn Central are $79 for a double/double and
$75 for a king-size bed.
