Reconciliation Mission Offering to be received this weekend
Disciples have made a commitment to nurture reconciliation by weeding out 
racism within our church and our society. The Reconciliation Mission 
Offering will be received September 28 and October 5, 2003.  To learn more

General Assembly housing deadline extended to Sept. 25
If you have yet to register for housing, you have until TODAY (Thursday, 
Sept. 25) to receive the reduced rates negotiated for General Assembly with 
the Charlotte Convention Housing Bureau. Reservations must be made in 
writing or made via the Internet. View the Official Housing Request Form

There's still time to register for General Assembly. We're still accepting

Week of Compassion Update
In the aftermath of Hurricane Isabel, Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware 
and Washington, D.C. have been declared federal disaster areas. At least 35 
deaths have been blamed on the powerful storm that struck the Mid-Atlantic 
last Thursday. Assessments remain incomplete, but the damage to homes and

How can you support General Assembly without attending?
Pray for those preparing for and attending Assembly by taking part in our

supporters are also invited to participate with a gift of $25 or more.
