LOUISVILLE - The moderatorial services department of the Office of the General Assembly has released the following September itinerary for Rick Ufford-Chase, moderator of the 216th General Assembly (2004) of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and vice-moderator the Rev. Jean Marie Peacock:
