Aug. 12, 2005 -- Calvin Theological Seminary announces the launch of the
new Center for Excellence in Preaching website.

Pastors will be able to find an array of preaching resources and ideas
that will be updated weekly.  Included are recommended books,
sermon-starters for Lectionary texts and Lord's Days from the Heidelberg
Catechism, articles about preaching submitted by pastors from around
North America, and announcements regarding upcoming seminars and
conferences.

Calvin Theological Seminary, located in Grand Rapids, Mich. is the
