HURRICANE RITA ? MESSAGE BOARD AVAILABLE: In preparation for the landfall
of Hurricane Rita, a message board has been set up to assist clergy and
parishioners to communicate with one another.

FAMILY OUTREACH SUNDAY RESOURCES: The Dept. of Outreach and Evangelism is
offering online resources for Family Outreach Sunday. Parishes are
encouraged to schedule this Sunday, a special day for parishioners to
invite inactive family members and Orthodox Christian friends for a time of

INTERNET SCHOOL OF ORTHODOX STUDIES ? FALL PROGRAM: The Dept. of Religious
Education has announced the fall program for the Internet School of
Orthodox Studies (ISOS).  The theme will be Between the Flood and the
