45 men and women, from churches in the different regions of Syria
participated in this training session in Damascus, Syria, from September
19-23, 2005. The session was organized by the Human Resource
Development/Training Program of the Unit on Life and Service and aimed at
building skills in modern administrative techniques for effective and
productive income generating projects. The program included planning, follow
up and monitoring of projects, marketing of products targeting specific
clientele. Evaluating the 5-day training, participants expressed their
appreciation of the session, the highly skilled trainer and the methodology
