wfn.org | MECC/JPHR Participates in the Arab Human Rights Consultation

This funding body is a newly created regional civil society organization to
assist Arab NGOs that suffer from insufficient financial resources.  The
Consultation was meant to build bridges between Lebanese NGOs and to set up
a mechanism of cooperation between them and the board. Participants included
representatives of several international organizations such as the UN and
the Ford Foundation. Similar consultations were held recently in other Arab
