ELCA Presiding Bishop Thanks Members of Congress: CORRECTION

In the Dec. 7, 2005 news release, "ELCA Presiding Bishop
Thanks Members of Congress," there is an error in the third
paragraph.  Please delete the word "Permanent" from the second
sentence so that it correctly reads: "Tax cuts for the wealthiest
3 percent of U.S. taxpayers are being proposed by Congress along
with spending cuts in human services programs for the next 5 to
10 years."
