While internet traffic to the UCC's website was at its highest level during General Synod 26, many would-be watchers experienced difficulty trying to watch Sen. Barack Obama's Saturday afternoon keynote address.
The webstreaming was unavailable for about two hours.
"Unfortunately there was a technical difficulty of unknown origin during the Obama speech," said Dan Hazard, the UCC's web manager. "However, the webcast has now returned to normal and the Obama speech has been archived."
The URL is mms://win.1.c2.audiovideoweb.com/1c2win1504/obama.wmv.
Hazard says other sessions will be archived and made available on the Video Archive page, as staff time allows.
