On June 7, 2008, H.H. Aram I performed the blessing of the Holy Muron in the
Catholicosate of Cilicia, in the presence of a great number of believers who
came to witness this event.  Representatives from all the dioceses of the
Catholicosate and from the Armenian Patriarchates of Jerusalem and
Constantinople as well as representatives of various Churches, the Nuncio
Apostolic and government officials in Lebanon, were also present.  The MECC
General Secretary attended this event.
